This is a common story that I hear from people who were inspired by this Lobster Paella Recipe. Some didn´t know how to make. But I told them, “Just come take a look at our video, and you´ll solve all of your doubts.”

Lobster Paella Recipe
Ingredients
- Paella Rice
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Onion and Garlic
- Seafood
- Lobster
- Peeled Prawns
- Rock Fish Stock
Directions
- First, cook your Lobster in the pan for a few minutes. Then, take it out and reserve.
- Add Onion and Garlic and cook until brownish.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add 300 grs of Albufera Rice.
- Add Paprika and Saffron.
- Add Seafood and Rock Fish Stock (900 ml)
- Add Salt to taste. Add a bit of Paella Mix for colour.
- Add the Lobster back into the Paella Pan.
- Add Peeled Prawns.
- Try the rice to check its cooking point.
