This Beef Paella is one of the great unknown among the traditional Paella. It´s made by combining it with Red Pepper which goes famously well with Beef. For this recipe, we are using tender pieces of filet mignon. Just imagine yourself out in the woods taking a long walk, when suddenly, your nose picks up a beefy smell. You see a cabin and you knock on the door. You are surprised to find out that the scent was of Beef Paella.

We are using La Fallera Especial Paella Rice
Chopped Tomatoes
Onion and Garlic
For flavour and texture.
Red Peppers
Go perfectly well with Beef, not only in Paella but in other dishes as well.

To give it that delicious Beefy flavour.

Ingredients
- We are using La Fallera Especial Paella Rice
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Onion and Garlic
- Red Peppers
- Beef
- Paprika and Saffron
- Beef Stock
Directions
- We start by firing up our Paella Burner.
- Add some olive oil to the Paella Pan
- Add the Beef, stirring frequently.
- Add the Red Peppers to the mix.
- Add the Onion and tye Garlic.
- Add 300 grs La Fallera Especial Paella Rice and mix it in with the rest of the ingredients for a first interflavour exchange.
- Add the Paprika and the Saffron Threads to the pan.
- Add Beef Stock
- After adding any ingredient, don´t forget to shake your Paella Pan, without spilling it!
