Ingredients

  • Paella Rice (300 grs) (10 oz)
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Onion & Garlic
  • Squid
  • Shrimp
  • Fish Stock
  • In a glass, pour the 250 ml of White Wine, and add the squid ink into the wine and dissolve.

Directions

  1. First, cook the squid
  2. Add Onion & Garlic
  3. Add Paprika
  4. Add 300 grs of Paella Rice
  5. Add the mixture of 250 ml of White Wine and the squid ink
