Ingredients
- Paella Rice (300 grs)
- Onion & Garlic
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Cod (400 grs)
- Cauliflower (200 grs)
- Spices (saffron, paprika and paella mix)
- Fish Stock (900 ml)
Directions
- Start by adding your Cod Fillets, and after cooking, reserve for later
- Add Onion & Garlic
- Add Chopped Tomatoes
- Add Spices
- Add Paella Rice
- Add Fish Stock (900 ml)
- Add Cauliflower
- Bring Cod Back into the Pan.
- Optional: Add a few peeled shrimp.
