Chopped Tomatoes

Fresh Cod

Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Paella Rice (300 grs)
  • Onion & Garlic
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Cod (400 grs)
  • Cauliflower (200 grs)
  • Spices (saffron, paprika and paella mix)
  • Fish Stock (900 ml)

Directions

  1. Start by adding your Cod Fillets, and after cooking, reserve for later
  2. Add Onion & Garlic
  3. Add Chopped Tomatoes
  4. Add Spices
  5. Add Paella Rice
  6. Add Fish Stock (900 ml)
  7. Add Cauliflower
  8. Bring Cod Back into the Pan.
  9. Optional: Add a few peeled shrimp.
